Closed on Sundays, dining is available from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday as well as additional hours from 5 to 11:30 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays. Saturday hours are 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. only.

This unique restaurant grows many of its ingredients in its own garden. Visitors may even get an opportunity to glimpse the more than 60 different vegetables, fruits, and herbs grown here.

Though not required, reservations are highly preferred for some aspects of dining such as the evening Midwestern Omakase. This personalized dining adventure is further enhanced by the chef's knowledge of your preferences.

The menu for this dining experience changes often, so you can enjoy a new meal creation every couple weeks. Guests enjoy three, five, or seven courses ranging from $45 to $100.

Other menu items are available for breakfast and lunch otherwise. Guests enjoy salads, breakfast bowls, cheese plates, soup, and sandwiches.

There are also a plethora of different drinks such as smoothies, coffee, wine, beer, and cocktails, plus many other specialty drinks.
