Located in the famous Apple Hill area of Camino, this bakery makes homemade pies from scratch.
Choose from Farmhouse Pie with 5 pounds of apples baked in it; Apple cheesecake; French apple pie and more.
Order a baked pie online, then go and pick it up from the farm. You can also walk in and grab a frozen pie to-go and save it for later.
We love buying a freshly baked pie to eat that day, and several frozen pies to save for later.
Edio and Joan Delfino started their farm and bakery in 1964. The pie recipes are from Joan “Nanny” Delfino, who was famous for her “Walkin’ Pie”-- an mountainous apple pie.
Today the bakery is ran in her memory and uses all her famous recipes.
For long-time visitors to Apple Hill, Defino Farms used to be called Kids Incorporated, a name inspired by their seven children.
The popular stop in Apple Hill is known for all its apple goods, including apple pie, plus its petting zoo.
More recently, Delfino Farms began selling wine from grapes grown on the property. Now visitors can enjoy a tasting before they leave with a pie from the building next door to the tasting room.
Delfino Farms also serves hard cider and has a beautiful live music venue called Folk On The Farm.
Apple Hill is always packed with people during the fall months. You can pick your own apples, buy apples in bulk, and buy a number of homemade pies, jams, and desserts.
Although fall is the busy season in Apple Hill, the area draws visitors year round. There are several famous wineries, including Boeger, plus fresh fruit and flower stands most of the year.
