The Frozen Alcoholic Slushies From This Arizona Restaurant Are A Delicious Summer Treat

Staying cool in the Arizona summer heat can prove a near-impossible challenge, so we'll take all the help we can get. The alcoholic slushies, otherwise known as daquiris, from Fat Tuesday are a great place to start, with flavors ranging from classics like piña colada and strawberry to more unique concoctions such as sour skittle and banana split. They're basically like grown-up ICEEs - how fun is that?

With locations in both Tempe and Glendale, Fat Tuesday is a New Orleans-inspired chain with a wide variety of frozen cocktails.

Over two dozen daiquiris are on the menu, each one with its own distinct flavor and personality.

Whether you like piña coladas, hurricanes, margaritas, or something else entirely, there's a frozen treat to please every palate.

Not all the daiquiris are renditions on existing drinks - some are unique creations all their own.

Some of the more interesting flavor combos include banana split, sour skittle, and "bomb pop," which consists of blue raspberry, banana, and strawberry.

Go big or go home by ordering your drink in a 25-ounce souvenir cup, otherwise known as a "Yard."

It costs $13 initially, but refills are only $9.50 - that's the same price as a large!

Nothing sops up alcohol quite like a greasy meal, and the food menu at Fat Tuesday definitely fits the bill.

From appetizers like nachos and buffalo chicken dip to pizza and paninis, you can rest assured there's something to satisfy your booze-induced munchies.

Save yourself some moola at Happy Hour, which runs from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. (and 9 p.m. until 11 p.m. Sunday-Thursday.)

Discounts vary from day to day, so you'll just have to stop by and see what the evening has in store!
