Close to the Indian River in Melbourne, Florida, is The Mansion, a historic home-turned-restaurant rich in delectable food, good drinks, and a history stretching back to the early 1900s. The house was constructed in the Queen Anne style close to the Indian River in Melbourne, Florida. The house saw two generations of the original owners and was a well-known house in the area, often used as a hurricane shelter in the early years.
In the late 1970s the building went through a six year renovation from top to bottom, and was repurposed as a restaurant.

Today, the establishment is known as a restaurant and entertainment complex, with plenty of seating, a fresh menu, and wide variety of drinks to choose from.

The Terrace, Garden, and Patio all have excellent views of the Indian River and are surrounded by lush palms, greenery, and festive decor. At sunset, the lanterns light in the outdoor areas and provide perfect mood lighting to enjoy your meal. If you’re hosting a party, two reservation-only dining rooms are available inside the historical home for private groups.
