These 10 Haunted Cemeteries In Florida Are Not For The Faint Of Heart
Cemeteries are peaceful places, perfect for quiet reflection or afternoon strolls. However…some cemeteries are not quite so peaceful—they’re haunted by spirits who, for whatever reason, have never moved on. Take a look at these 10 haunted Florida cemeteries:
1. Our Lady Queen Of Peace Catholic Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach
Visitors have reported strange fog in this cemetery. Shadowy figures are seen shrouded in the fog, which seems to move at will. Others have seen strange orbs here.
2. Newnasville Cemetery
The cemetery is all that remains of this town, but some of the residents of the cemetery can be seen wandering through its grounds at night.
3. Bagdad Cemetery, Milton
Visit Bagdad Cemetery, and you might hear the sounds of childrens' laughter...night or day. When you investigate, you'll find that you're alone...no children to be found.
4. Spring Hill Cemetery, Brooksville
At dusk, visitors have seen the body of a man hanging from a tree limb in this cemetery. Sprits also gather in groups around family plots, and the sound of an infant crying echoes through through the graves.
5. Captiva Cemetery
This small, historic cemetery is near a plantation where many slaves died. They're said to haunt this cemetery.
6. Coon Hill

7. Osteen Cemetery

10. Key West Cemetery, Key West
Key West Cemetery is haunted by a very angry spirit who has actually attacked visitors at night. Several children also haunt this site; they died in a fire across the street. Visitors hear them laughing and playing.
