There are lots of small towns in Wisconsin that would make great day trip destinations – and Kohler is one of them! The tiny village is as charming as they come and is definitely not lacking in the "things to do" department. Visitors to Kohler can enjoy wineries, shopping, a 5-star resort and, probably the best of all, carriage rides around town. Take a look:
The epitome of a charming small town, Kohler is home to about 2,000 people and several impressive sites and attractions, including Bulitz Farm.
Though most known for its pumpkin patch, there’s more to Bulitz Farm than the gourds that fill it.
In addition to a petting zoo, there are pony rides, wagon rides, and sleigh rides.
Carriage rides are part of the farm’s offering, too.
The perfect way to explore Kohler, the carriages take passengers on a leisurely drive around the village.
All carriage rides last 30 minutes and depart from the American Club.
With a variety of carriages, Bulitz Farm can offer rides for groups of all sizes year-round.
Able to accommodate “one or many couples,” the open-air carriages are ideal for warm summer days, while the heated and enclosed carriages will surely be appreciated on those cold winter nights.
For more information or to make reservations, call Bulitz Farm at (920) 467-2782. You can also visit the Bulitz Farm website or Facebook page.
So, did you know about these charming carriage rides? Ever toured Kohler in a carriage? If so, how was it? Which type of carriage did you ride in? Know of another town with carriage rides? Tell us in the comments section.
