If you thought all mini-golf courses were created equal, a visit to Swissland Miniature Golf will change that. Sure, the fact that it’s Swiss-themed is a bit unique, but its most distinguishing factor is definitely the goats that call the course home. The resident goats make great company while you putt-putt and you can even feed them. Take a look:

Fittingly Swissland Miniature Golf is located in the village of New Glarus, which is commonly referred to as “America's Little Switzerland.”

A great visit for the entire family, Swissland Miniature Golf is open seasonally, from May - early October.

Want to visit out-of-season? No problem; simply head to the Chalet Landhaus Inn, which is across the street from the golf course, and pick up the clubs.

Of course, it’s best to visit during the on-season because that’s when the course’s resident goats are on-site.

The goats that call the 18-hole course home are from a nearby farm.

Furry and friendly, the goats make playing putt-putt even more fun than usual.

The goats reside in a pen near hole one, making for a great way to start your golf game. However, that’s not your only chance to spend time with them.

You can pet and even feed the goats. Goat food is sold on-site and is under $1.

One thing’s for sure: Between the charming motif and cute, cuddly residents, Swissland Miniature Golf is the type of place you’ll want to visit again and again.
