Washington’s Wackiest Water Park Will Make Your Summer Complete

Slidewaters is located in Chelan, one of Washington's most popular warm weather destinations.

It's typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend each year for summer fun.

The aqua zoo was created with young kids in mind, while the Downhill Racer and Purple Haze slides are for the most adventurous visitors.

The latest addition to the park is Lakeside Surf's Citywave, the largest stationary wave in the world.

Every day during their open season, from 10 a.m. to noon, you'll have a shot at a 30-minute surf session.
