If you have little ones in your life, you know how endlessly energetic they are (those lucky kids.) And when subpar weather strikes, it can be difficult to keep the little darlings entertained. But if you live in the Seattle area, your sanity is just a short drive away, because there's a 3,000-square-foot ocean-themed indoor playground in Washington.

PlayDate SEA is located to 1275 Mercer St.

The three-story indoor playground in Washington opened in 2013, and they're only closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the Fourth of July.

This is a family-run business, and the goal is to promote healthy family activities by offering the best play indoor play structure in the area.

The space is meant to be fun for both adults and children.

The facility’s main attraction is a 3,000-square-foot Atlantis themed multi-level play structure.

It has slides, tubes, tunnels, and everything those little hearts could desire.

Needless to say, this is a popular place for children's birthday parties.

The party packages include this private space, plenty of play time, and a personal party host.

Oh, and have we mentioned there's a full cafe, complete with delicious pizza and snacks?

It even serves beer and wine.

PlayDate SEA is open daily at 9 a.m.

They close at 8 p.m. during the week, but on Fridays and Saturdays, you can play until 9.

The team here really tries to make the experience special.

They host regular events, like free puppet shows, and there's even an annual summer camp. It's one of the best indoor playgrounds in Washington!
