The New Forest Canopy Walk In Vermont Is On The Top Of Our Travel List

No matter the time of year, driving through Vermont is always a treat. Whether it's the fall foliage or snow-capped mountains, you'll never run short on beautiful sights to see. The best part is, people are constantly finding new and exciting ways to view Vermont's natural.

The new Forest Canopy Walk in Vermont Institute of Natural Science in Quechee recently opened this October.

The trail is designed for everyone to enjoy and is ADA-compliant.

The Giant Spider Web is 20-feet in diameter and perfect for children to play on or for adults to lay down on and relax with sights of the forest grounds beneath them.

Catch this breathtaking view at the top of the Tree House on the Forest Canopy Walk.

Visitors can climb a 100-foot structure patterned after a fire tower — called the "treehouse".

To help fund the Vermont Institute of Natural Science, an admission fee is required.

Admission for an Adult is $16.50, Youth is $14.50 and children under 3 are free.

You can learn all about the different types of trees and critters that you'll come across or see while walking the Forest Canopy trail.

In addition to the Forest Canopy Walk, there are a number of different exhibits.

Some of the exhibits are year-round, while others are seasonal. The Birds Are Dinosaurs exhibit runs from June - October and tells the amazing story of how birds evolved from dinosaurs.
