Utah's Paiute ATV Trail offers over 2,000 miles of scenic terrain for outdoor enthusiasts.
Utah is a haven for outdoor recreation enthusiasts. Whether you like to hike, fish, camp, or ride your ATV, you'll find endless acres of wide-open spaces here. Did you know that the Beehive State is home to the largest ATV trail system in the entire country? The Paiute ATV Trail includes more than 2,000 miles of terrain, and it's all right in our own backyard, just waiting to be explored.
If you're ready to explore some of Utah's most beautiful backcountry, head to the Fishlake National Forest area to hop on the Paiute ATV Trail.
The main trail makes a 275-mile loop, but it also offers many offshoots. In total, the trail system includes more than 2,000 miles of terrain!
This scenery along the trail is some of Utah's most compelling, and the riding is easy - most of the trail takes you along old, dirt roads.
You'll climb up to some incredible viewpoints...
...make your way through heavily-forested terrain...
...and soak in some seriously amazing vistas.
You'll also see some wildlife while you're out on the trail. Keep your eyes peeled for mule deer, elk, rabbits, hawks, eagles and more.
Several of Utah's small towns are situated at Paiute ATV Trailheads, including Richfield, Beaver, Salina, and Marysvale, and you'll find plenty of lodges, inns, and resorts so you can stay and play for several days.
Rose Ranch Resort in Marysvale has cozy cabins and ATV rentals. The cabins offer two bedrooms, cable TV, mini fridges, microwaves, and more.
You don't have to own an ATV to explore the Paiute ATV Trail! You'll find rental companies all over the area, offering all sizes of machines for riders of all skill levels.
Rose Ranch Resort has machines for one, two, four, and even six passengers, and you can rent them for a half-day or full day.
Trail riding season starts in late spring and goes through late fall. Get out your calendar and book your adventure soon!
