This Little Known Lake In Texas Will Be Your New Favorite Summer Destination

Just when I think I've unearthed every lesser-known, tucked away oasis in Texas, another one catches me by surprise. That's exactly what happened with Burger's Lake in Fort Worth. We all know how brutal summer days are down here, and it's nice to know that no matter where you are in our great state, there's most likely some sort of swimming hole nearby to cool off in. With slides, an epic trapeze swing, plenty of benches, and sandy beaches to lay out on and catch some rays, there's something for all ages to enjoy here.

Families have been coming to Burger's Lake for generations for a day of fun-in-the-sun and memory making.

From little ones who get a thrill out of the diving board to older patrons who just want to sit and remember their glory days, everyone can enjoy this little oasis.
