Celebrate All Things Irish At The Havertown Irish Festival In Pennsylvania

Even if we’re not Irish, most of us look forward to St. Patrick’s Day. One of the most festive days of the year in America, this beloved holiday is all about good eats, tasty drinks, and celebratory parades. But, St. Patrick’s Day isn’t the only day of the year we can all feel a little bit Irish. Celebrate all things Irish at this upcoming Irish festival in Havertown, Pennsylvania, an epic one-day event this spring.

Mark your calendar for the 5th Annual Havertown Irish Festival, set for Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the Havertown School District Admin Building and presented by the non-profit Kelly Center for Music, Arts, and Community.

Slated for 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., the daylong festival promises a full menu of fun for the whole family. Admission and parking are free, although donations are welcome.

Billed as a music festival, the Havertown Irish Festival will feature more than 20 performers on two stages. Get in the groove with classic Irish songs and good, old-fashioned rock ‘n roll when Reilly’s Daughter featuring Tommy Conwell hit the stage.

Tan & Sober Gentleman, Jamison, and the Emerald Isle Dancers are among those scheduled to perform. Performance start times have not yet been announced, although entertainment is planned for 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Since seating is not provided, be sure to bring a lawn chair or a blanket. Strollers are permitted, but any other item – bikes, skateboards, and wagons, for example – with wheels is prohibited on the festival grounds.

Pets are not allowed.

Music may be the star of the Irish festival, but plenty more fun awaits. More than 70 vendors will be on hand, selling their handmade crafts and artwork at the brand-new Crafter Village.

The Crafter Village will run from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The kiddos will have a blast at the Kid’s Fun Zone while adults can indulge in a pint at Kelly’s Pub Beer Garden. A collection of vendors, including those selling food, will also be on hand.
