This Fantastic Street Fair Will Show You The Best Of Pennsylvania

Summer’s all about having fun, good eats, and getting outdoors. We also have a ton of amazing fairs and other exciting events that fill our calendars to the brim every summer. Before your schedule gets too booked, add the Birdsboro Street Fair and Duck Derby, a one-of-a-kind street fair in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania, to it.

The Birdsboro Street Fair and Duck Derby return for seven jam-packed hours of fun on Saturday, June 24, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Held at Main Bird Park in Birdsboro, the annual event, which benefits the Boone Area Library, promises a fun-filled day for the whole family.

However, the highlight of the day is, hands down, the duck derby. Hundreds of ducks float down the creek as fair-goers cheer them on.

In addition to cheering on the ducks, you might also want to purchase one (or more) at the Boone Area Library. The cost is $5 per duck. Or increase your chances of one of your ducks placing first by purchasing the quack pack of five ducks for $20.

The Duck Derby kicks off at 3:30 p.m. Cash prizes are typically awarded to winners. As many as a dozen cash prizes may be awarded.

While the Duck Derby is the star of the street fair, the rest of the day will be jam-packed with fun, too. The kiddos will have plenty of activities while live entertainment is planned.

Various vendors will also be on hand, selling a variety of products, including food, so bring a hearty appetite with you.
