Located in the Ecola State Park on the northern Oregon coast, Indian Beach is a stunning hidden gem.

This secluded cove is tucked away just north of the popular Cannon Beach, hidden from view by lush forests and dramatic cliffs.

It's a fantastic place for surfing, exploring tide pools, picnicking, or simply relaxing in the sunshine.

There are also numerous trails winding through the area that make for wonderful day hikes.

When the tide is low, you'll find a lovely expanse of smooth sand, though closer to the woods the beach is mostly covered with glittering cobblestones and driftwood.

From the shore, you'll be able to get a glimpse of Tillamook Rock Lighthouse, an incredible abandoned lighthouse perched on a large rock a mile out to sea.

The ocean is dotted with rugged sea stacks that give the beach a unique, picturesque quality. This gorgeous place could be straight out of a fairytale.
