The Pioneer Woman Mercantile in Pawhuska has just reopened, and fans of the popular retail store, bakery, and restaurant couldn't be more thrilled.
With new floors and fresh paint, Ree Drummond, the mastermind behind The Pioneer Woman brand, says The Mercantile's new look is better than she ever imagined. She describes it as a "Merc 2.0" kind of feel, and fans agree that the renovation has breathed new life into the beloved establishment.
Originally designed as a deli and take-and-go-type place, the shop has been updated to feel more like a restaurant, with dividers added to create a cozier atmosphere.
The bakery has also undergone some changes, with the bakery cases being moved to allow for more customer seating.
And, of course, there are plenty of new pastries to try. From decadent cakes to flaky croissants, the Pioneer Woman Mercantile bakery has something for every sweet tooth.
But perhaps the most exciting change is the reopening of the restaurant. After being closed for renovations, the restaurant now boasts a complete remodel and a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
The menu also got a revamp, so there are some fabulous new items to try. With an array of mouth-watering options like Reuben sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, and build-your-own brownie sundaes, there's something to satisfy every craving.
