Fort Stevenson State Park is a well-loved North Dakota destination, and over Memorial Day Weekend the sky above it will fill with color.
From May 29 to May 31st, 2021, the park's annual Sky Fest over Fort Stevenson will take place.
Hundreds of kites will be flown over the park, creating some beautiful visuals.
You can bring your own kite and watch it soar or enjoy kite professionals sending their massive and unique creations up into the air. Pack a picnic and you've got a perfect day.
Along with all the kite flying, there are other activities for people of all ages. Tents set up will offer kite building and more.
Some of the kites that will take flight here are some of the biggest and most beautiful you'll ever see.

Sky Fest over Fort Stevenson will happen on May 29th, 30th, and 31st, 2021. The festivities begin at 10 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. each day.
