The holiday season is well underway and I could not be more excited about the prospect of getting out to see some of the best holiday lights in North Carolina. Over in Clemmons, the Festival of Lights at Tanglewood Park is always a sure bet for stoking some holiday cheer. Here are the nitty, gritty details...

The Festival of Lights at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons hosts this nightly rendezvous every year and the park's 1,100 acres make it the perfect place to host a lights display.

More than a million lights adorn these drive-through holiday lights in North Carolina.

The journey through the lights goes for a mile and a half and takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending upon traffic flow and how long you spend gazing at some of the best holiday lights in North Carolina.
