Storm King Art Center offers a unique Moonlit Walking Tour on June 14th, providing an enchanting nighttime exploration of its outdoor art exhibits.
Since opening up in New York back in 1960, Strom King Art Center has become known as one of the best museums and art parks that anyone could explore. The open-air museum offers a whimsical outdoor adventure that will take you to all sorts of views and works of art, but only rarely does the museum ever off their enchanting Moonlit Walking Tours. Made up of 500 gorgeous acres in our Hudson Valley Region, Storm King Art Center is open Wednesday through Sunday each week.
Within the small town of New Windsor, many people aren't aware of the fact that the outdoor museum hosts all sorts of unique and exciting events throughout the year.
A chance to get a whole new look at familiar views, Storm King Art Center will be hosting their Moonlit Walking Tour on Friday, June 14th.
Generally, on Fridays, the museum's operating hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with admission ending to visitors 45-minutes before close.
On this particular Friday though, you'll have the chance to sign up for their Moonlit Walking Tour to get an extended look at the grounds.
Beginning at 8 p.m., you'll have until 11 p.m. to explore the park and enjoy the views of the art from sunset until moonrise.
With registration open through June 12th, you'll want to sign up for this tour sooner than later if you're interested because this unique event is one that's quite popular!
