Ah, springtime. The birds are chirping, the weather is finally warming, and the sky is in celebration mode with stunning sunrises and sunsets over Buffalo. If you don't have a view of the sun setting from your own back yard, here are a few of our favorite spots to watch that fiery ball in the sky fall to the horizon.

1. Chestnut Ridge State Park (6121 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127)

On a clear night in Orchard Park, you can see the city of Buffalo from the top of the hill at Chestnut Ridge Park. Take a seat on one of the park's benches and enjoy the views!

2. Sunset Bay (1028 S Shore Dr, Irving, NY 14081)

It's only fitting that this spot south of Buffalo is named Sunset Bay. Catching the sun setting over Lake Erie is a sight unlike any other.
