The Sparkly Festival Of Trees In New Hampshire Is The Twinkliest Way To Enjoy The Season

The most wonderful time of the year in New Hampshire is here! The weather might be cold, but we have a level of cozy that's undeniable. When the holidays arrive here, everything becomes just a little more lovely and (as the kids say) "we're here for it!" If you're looking for more ways to punch up your holiday season, be sure to attend this sparkly annual event.

What we love most about this time of year in New Hampshire is that the Christmas spirit can be found in lots of unexpected places. For the 5th year in a row, you'll find it at the Red Jacket Mountain View Resort in North Conway at the Festival of Trees.

This unique event celebrates the season by bringing tons of beautifully decorated trees together in one place. And each tree is available for a lucky winner to take home!

Beginning Friday, November 29th from

11 a.m to 5 p.m. visitors can come see each tree in its glittering, twinkling splendor.

Also on Friday is a fun cocktail party that takes place amongst the trees. For $25 you'll enjoy hors d’oeuvres, live performances,

​a cash bar and a Faux Wreath Auction.

And throughout this time, secret judges will be selecting their favorite trees!

If you see a tree you love, use one of the ten raffle tickets that come with your $10 admission to bid on it. You just might be able to take it home!

Viewing of the trees is open again on Saturday. This is also the day that Santa and Mrs. Claus make an appearance.

Winners of each tree will be announced on Sunday, December 1st at 3 p.m. and you need not be present to win.

All proceeds from the event will go to the Carroll County RSVP, which matches volunteers over the age of 55 with meaningful service opportunities within the community. It's a wonderful cause and if you win one of the beautiful trees you might just brighten your home!

The 5th Annual Festival of Trees takes place November 29th, November 30th and December 1st, 2019. Admission is $10, which includes 10 raffle tickets. You can purchase additional raffle tickets during the event. For more information, check out the official website.
