Boulder City's Flightlinez Bootleg Zipline Tour will have you swooshing down four different zip lines for a four-hour, 1.5-mile adventure. Enjoy birds-eye views of Eldorado Canyon, Lake Mead, and Las Vegas. You can also zip along downtown Las Vegas' Fremont Street.

8. Hunt for precious stones.

At Ely's Garnet Hill, you can hunt for gorgeous dark garnets.

9. Go to jail...for a delightful dinner.

Enjoy a delicious steak dinner at Ely's Cell Block Steak House.
