9 Epic Fireworks Shows In Missouri That Will Blow You Away This Year

Discover various Fourth of July fireworks shows across Missouri, each offering unique festivities and free or low-cost admission.

For most people, it just isn't the Fourth of July without a great fireworks show.  Here are a few you can catch this year in Missouri.

1. Fair St. Louis, St. Louis

After 30 years at the Gateway Arch Grounds, in 2014 this fair moved to Forest Park. It was such a success, they are keeping it there again this year. Fireworks are nightly from July 2nd-4th.

2. Kansas City Riverfest, Kansas City

Located at Berkley Riverfront Park. Admission is cash only at the gate, but it's free between 4-5 p.m. and always free for kids under 12

3. Gladstone Independance Day Celebration, Gladstone

Free admission. Enjoy concerts until the fireworks start at dusk.

4. Spirit of America Celebration, Raymore

Located in Recreation Park, this event begins at 4 p.m. and features a classic car show, live music and games for kids. Fireworks start at dusk.

5. Riverfest, St. Charles

Located in Frontier Park, Riverfest is a 3-day celebration starting July 2. Free admission. Fireworks are on the 3rd and the 4th around 9:20 p.m.

6. Fireburst Fourth of July Fireworks Show, Table Rock Lake, Kimberling City

Minutes from downtown Branson at Table Rock Lake, watch the festivities from a boat or on land. Usually there are over 1,000 boats on the lake for this event. Another good view is from Indian Point near West Branson

7. Fire in the Sky, Columbia

Activities and entertainment begin at 6:30 pm, with the fireworks starting around 9:15 p.m. Free admission.

8. Fireworks at the Field, Springfield

Admission is $5 in advance and $7 at the gate. It is on July 2 and not the 4th, but festivities start at 3 p.m. and include music, ice skating and crafts. Fireworks begin at dusk.

9. All American Red, White and Blue Festival, Kirksville

Enjoy the day at the festival, then catch the firework show beginning at 9:30 p.m./Dusk at the Kirksville Country Club.
