Established in 2009, this family owned and operated park is the only full-size cable wake park in Louisiana.

From first-timers to seasoned pros, Cajun X Cables is great for anyone and everyone. Even if you don’t have your own gear, you can rent helmets, life jackets, and boards from them.

No experience? No problem. The knowledgeable staff will show you the ropes (literally) and teach you the basics for wake boarding. The electric-powered cables will pull you around the 20-acre manmade lake that includes kickers, sliders, and a pipe rail to practice tricks on.

There are several seating areas to gather around to watch the fun. Hang out under the shade or bring a beach towel to soak up some sun.

There’s plenty to do at Cajun X Cables in-between wake boarding. The volleyball court is a great way to pass the time.

They’ve also recently added an aqua park, which is a great way to keep cool on those hot summer days.

They’re open for the season from Wednesday-Sunday. So gather up your friends and make a road trip down to this hidden gem for an incredible afternoon that will make you feel like a kid again.
