Located in St. Martin Parish right on Bayou Teche, this small city of about 8,000 is a wonderful city to spend some time exploring. Breaux Bridge is in the heart of Cajun country, and has some of the finest Cajun restaurants you’ll find anywhere. They’ve also got some amazing cajun and zydeco dancing attractions, swamp tours, and several festivals throughout the year. While you’re exploring, be sure to pop your head in to one (or all) of these antique stores—you’ll have a hard time leaving empty handed.

1. Angelle’s Vintage Treasures

2. Lagniappe Antiques Etc.

This massive 17,000 square-foot marketplace is the antique lover’s dream. Located in the historic downtown area, the building itself is even an antique. It was an old car dealership in the 1920s that closed down in 1984. The building was abandoned until it was renovated in 2008.
