It all started with the purchase of four animated elves way back in 1962. Now, Santa's Castle boasts one of the largest displays of antique and animated Christmas characters in the whole nation!

The entire collection is on display in the historic Carnegie Library in Storm Lake. There's no other place quite like it in the world.

Opening around Thanksgiving each year and running through Christmas weekend, Santa's Castle has become a beloved holiday tradition for many.

All ages are welcome to enjoy the festivities. Admission price, payable only by cash or check, ranges from free to just $5 per person, depending on age.

In addition to Christmas ornaments, Christmas trees, Christmas figurines, Christmas lights, and Christmas animals, there are even Christmas trains.
