You Will Fall In Love With These 12 Beautiful Old Barns In Indiana

Considering such a large chunk of the state of Indiana is made up of corn, it really should come as no surprise that there are so many neat looking barns floating around the state. I live in the city and I've still managed to see some pretty incredible old barns set up in people's backyards! I did a little digging and found 12 amazing and historical barns around the state of Indiana.

1. Beautiful well-maintained nine-sided barn in LaPorte! You just don’t see many of these anymore!

2. There is just something about pictures of old wooden barns… Beautiful!

3. I’m far from being a religious person, but the side of this barn is still pretty cool! Wonder how it got there?

4. You can see this old Ramshackle barn near Bristol, Indiana.

5. I love everything about this picture including the clouds in the background!

6. This barn is in Rochester, Indiana. The caretaker actually let the photographer go inside!

7. Looks like nature is trying to reclaim this beauty!

10. This barn in Fountain County really is being reclaimed by nature!

11. This is a mail pouch barn in Jefferson-Switzerland County that looks like it is going to fall over!

12. Found in Middlerbury, this barn is an example of modern design and good upkeep.

I'm a little torn on which one of these barns I like the best. Truth be told, they're all pretty incredible! I can definitely say the last one is my least favorite because I'm not a huge fan of the newer barn look. The older ones are so much prettier! Leave me a comment and let me know what you think!
