It's picnic season. When it's summer in Illinois, we need to seize the moment. For me, I love to enjoy summer by dining outside. Eating at restaurant patios is nice, but nothing screams summer quite like going on a picnic. Illinois has some great picnic spots. We're counting down the top 10:
