The Four-Day Culinary Adventure, Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival, Allows You to Sip and Savor All Weekend Long
The Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival is back! Showcasing world-class cuisine, exceptional wines, and stunning Palm Beach venues. Enjoy four days of gourmet dining, celebrity chef experiences, and fine wines.
It doesn't take much convincing for me to attend a food and wine festival in Florida. Top chefs, delicious bites, intimate-dining menus, and over 100 different renowned wineries? Nothing sounds more perfect to me. If you happen to be in the Palm Beach area December 12th-15th, 2024, then we have something special in store for you. Marking 17 incredible years, the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival (PBFWF) is set to return to the sun-soaked area of Palm Beach and beyond. Timed perfectly with South Florida's most delightful weather, the festival showcases culinary masterpieces crafted by world-renowned chefs, all enjoyed within the stunning settings of Palm Beach’s premier resorts.
Featuring over 25 food and beverage events, the festival will bring together top chefs, sommeliers, and culinary enthusiasts at various prestigious venues across Palm Beach. This year’s festival introduces four new events and a record-breaking showcase of over 100 wineries, each offering wines rated 90+ by Wine Spectator. The festival continues its charitable mission by donating proceeds to the Els for Autism Foundation, supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
The festivities kick off Thursday, December 12, with intimate multi-course dinners at locations like Buccan, Oceano Kitchen, and Florie’s. Highlights include the sold-out “The First Bite” dinner featuring renowned chefs and premium wine pairings, and the “Spice” dinner co-hosted by Pushkar Marathe and featuring bold, globally inspired flavors.
Friday, December 13, offers a mix of signature lunches, wine tastings, and grand dinner events. The day culminates in the lively Festival Kick-Off Party at The Boca Raton Resort and the luxurious “Evening at The Breakers,” blending gourmet food with celebrated wines.
On Saturday, December 14, the festival expands to include family-friendly activities, such as the “Kids Kitchen” cooking classes and interactive workshops like “Crafting Cocktails.” Notable additions include the “Lunch at Nimo” and the debut evening event, “A Night at The Ben,” a walk-around tasting featuring top chefs and wineries.
The festival concludes on Sunday, December 15, with indulgent brunch events, including the new “Brunch at Ravish,” and the grand finale, the 17th Annual Grand Tasting at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. This signature event showcases dishes from over 60 local chefs, tastings from 100+ wineries, and the Grand Chef Throwdown competition, judged by celebrity chefs Maneet Chauhan and Robert Irvine.
