The Whimzey Bowling Ball House in Safety Harbor, Florida is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.

Nicknamed "The Bowling Ball House" this one-of-a-kind house has soon become the center attraction for the surrounding area known as "Whimzeyland".

In 1985, this was just a regular, ordinary brown house on a Florida sidestreet—however, once Todd Ramquist and Kiaralinda bought the property, everything changed.

With bright, hand-painted ornaments, shiny tile, and yard sculptures galore, this is one unique stop-along in Florida.

The reason why it’s nicknamed The Bowling Ball House is due to the hand-decorated bowling balls which pepper the landscaping of the property.

It all began when Todd and Kiaralinda, who were childhood friends and neighbors growing up, came across a flea market stall with a sign that noted 10 Free Bowling Balls Per Person.

With help from a few friends, they quickly had 60 bowling balls on hand and began to craft them into works of art, for both themselves and their property.

Over time, the Whimzey house has become an artist installation of color, creativity, and of course, whimsy.

Guests are able to wander the grounds during the day for free and see everything that has been built throughout the property.

There is a plethora of art sculptures, mosaics, architectural embellishments and more, which make it a wondrous stop for anyone who loves the strange and unusual.

The quirkiness of this property and the house knows no bounds—just look at the car in the driveway!
