Connecticut is home to several of the world's largest and unique attractions.
It's hard to believe that this small state has some of the world's largest things inside of its borders, but it does, and the things we have are pretty cool! We aren't talking about the biggest ball of twine or the largest ketchup bottle - our stuff is much, much better than that. Check out eight of the world's largest attractions in Connecticut:
1. Supercharged - The World's Largest Multi-level Indoor Go Kart Track (formerly known as Naskart)

2. It Adventure Ropes Course - The World's Largest Indoor Ropes Course

3. Stew Leonard's - World's Largest Dairy Store
Stew Leonard's has been called the Disneyland of Dairy Stores and for good reason. This massive location has singing animatronics, free samples, and all of the milk, ice cream, and cheese you could ever desire. 4. The Children's Museum - World's Biggest Sperm Whale
Located in West Hartford, Conny the Whale is constructed of fiberglass and iron and sits outside The Children's Museum. 5. Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library - World's Largest Rare Book Library With No Windows

6. Foxwoods - North America's Largest Casino
Although not the largest in the world, Foxwoods does take the title for the largest Indian gaming resort in North America. Foxwoods spans 9 million square feet under one roof and sits on 1,200 acres. Learn more on the official website.
8. Otis Elevator Company - World's Largest Manufacturer of Vertical Transport Systems
Otis Elevator Company has its home right here in Connecticut. It not only manufactures the most elevators and escalators, the elevators can be found in the world's tallest buildings. The next time you are ascending to the top of Burj Khalifa, the Eiffel Tower, or the Empire State Building, you will be riding an Otis elevator.
