This 4th-generation family-owned farm and pumpkin patch near Fort Collins has so much for you to do and explore, including a 2-acre corn maze, corn cannon, hay rides, farm animals, and a charming country store with cider, home-grown popcorn, and other fall snacks and goodies. Chatfield Farms in Littleton boasts a 7-acre Corn Maze perfect for kids and families as well as a mini-maze for children under the age of 10. Cottonwood Farm's 2-acre corn maze is the real deal, with narrow paths cut by hand (not by tractors), and the best part is...it's FREE! Denverites are trying to wait patiently as they anticipate the opening of a one-of-a-kind community space in the RiNo neighborhood that will be an unconventional collective of some of Colorado's favorite activities all under one (massive) roof. Improper City is set to open the doors of its 50,000 square foot building this summer and will offer a unique place for eating, drinking, socializing, and also staying fit.

Movement Climbing + Fitness and Rayback Collective are combining their concepts to give visitors to Improper City an opportunity to have a new experience each and every time they stop in.
Movement Climbing + Fitness currently operates two rock climbing gyms. One is located in Denver, and one in Boulder. Rayback Collective opened in 2016 as Boulder's first permanent beer garden and food truck park. These two companies create a team effort that is definitely a winning combination for the Denver area.
The fitness portion of Improper City will include a modified bouldering concept as well as fifty yoga and fitness classes offered each week. Rayback's contribution will include an indoor bar area and an outdoor beer garden with what will be Denver's largest outdoor patio (12,000 square feet), There will be an indoor cafe, and they also plan to bring in a rotating roster of Denver's finest food trucks to be parked outside. In addition to the fitness and socializing aspects of Improper City, there will also be a designated area for co-working spaces and an indoor stage and event area that will host live music, art, and other community-led events.
