When you arrive for your sound bath, you will be offered an aromatherapy skin or facial mist and a hand towel soaked in essential oils that you will keep with you throughout the experience.

Your floating mattress awaits! Guests are assisted onto their individual mattresses and given some creature comforts including a plush throw blanket, a pillow, and an eye mask, then set afloat.

If you prefer to relax on land, you have that option as well. Non-floating guests are invited to bring along their own eye masks, blankets, etc., and to enjoy the sound bath on a lounge chair or mattress in the area around the water.

As you drift effortlessly, you will be bathed in vibrational sounds produced by "singing bowls," chimes, flutes, and more, intended to bring on a sense of calm, clarity, and inner peace, to restore balance to both mind and body.

When the sound bath is finished, you will be assisted back onto dry land (assuming you chose the floating experience) and offered cucumber, lemon, and mint-infused water as well as a light snack to conclude your self-care session.
