Nestled in the artist enclave of Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix, The Churchill is quite possibly the most unique shopping experience in the city.

Ever since it opened, we Phoenix area residents have been in love with it!

The Churchill is an open-air market featuring almost a dozen local businesses.

This includes restaurants, bars, retail shops, and more - all located in repurposed shipping containers.

Variety is definitely the spice of life here.

If you're looking for clothing, definitely stop by State Forty Eight, where you'll find a wide range of Arizona-inspired clothing.

There are so many wonderful jewels to explore.

You'll find gift items, apothecary items, Mexican textiles, totes, wine, trinkets...the list is endless.

On select Saturdays, local vendors post up on the sidewalks.

This brings an even wider variety of shopping options to The Churchill.

All that shopping is bound to work up your appetite.

So visit one of the on-site restaurants for some hearty grub.

There is a central courtyard between all of the food and beverage places.

And this is where you and your friends can bring all of their delicious dishes to eat and share. Look at the goodies we tried on our last visit!

The beverage options from the bars here are so colorful!

Whether you prefer beer or spirits, you'll find something that suits your fancy.

At night The Churchill takes on an entirely different feel.

There is a covered, 9,000-square-foot pavilion with plenty of seating for shoppers and diners to relax and enjoy the typically beautiful Arizona weather.

Perhaps you'll even unleash your inner child with some lawn games.
