After two years of earning a reputation as the place to get amazing breakfast and lunch dishes, Lisa DiFebo went off to the Culinary Institute of America in New York. She became the first ever woman to be awarded a fellowship at the on-campus restaurant, then American Bounty.

After her tenure at culinary school, Lisa made her way back down to Bethany Beach with her husband and joined her restauranteur parents to turn DiFebo's Bethany Beach into a restaurant with all sorts of accolades and local recognition.
