The Most Whimsical Restaurant In Delaware Belongs On Your Bucket List
Dogfish Head’s brewery in Milton is world famous, and it hosts one of the absolute best brewery tours in America. Lots of people travel to our little state to check it out, post pictures of the treehouse, and sample too many IPAs. Those of us who live in Delaware and spend time at the beach, though, know that the real secret to a great Dogfish Head experience is the quirky brewpub that’s hiding on Rehoboth Ave just a couple of blocks from the famous Rehoboth Beach boardwalk.

The Brand is known for being a bit "off center", and their quirky ways have expanded to their Rehoboth Beach pub, too. You can find them at 320 Rehoboth Ave, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.

Last year, the patio underwent an intense transformation, and now it's one of the coolest spots to hang out in Rehoboth Beach! The lighting, decoration, and atmosphere combine to create an almost magical, whimsical environment.

If you want a burger, theirs are among the best in the state. If you're looking for something cheesy and greasy, they've got you covered. If you'd rather have a killer salad, you can order it here. Personally, I love their Chicken and Waffle sandwich - you have to try it at least once in your life!

The olives are soaked in one of their famous ales and the dish is decorated with the Dogfish Head logo, which is always a nice touch. There's nothing quite like homemade hummus and a great beer on a warm day.

Sure, there are normal things on the menu like burgers and hummus, but there are also super creative dishes. You'll regret it if you don't save room for their famous bacon chocolate cheesecake. It is SO good... in fact, I'm not sure why there are two spoons in the picture, because I've never known anyone who was willing to share.

They've got this cool, custom bar toy that takes certain beers and infuses them with whatever flavors will fit best - here you can see their Namaste White with strawberries and blueberries. Talk about a refreshing drink!

Dogfish is known for their outstanding IPAs, but every beer I've tried fresh from one of their taps has been delicious.

Local and national acts stop by the Brewpub to put on a show, and it really makes the atmosphere of the restaurant warm and welcoming.

It's always fun to represent the First State when you travel, so pick up a sticker or a tshirt on your way out. After all, everyone loves Dogfish Head, so it's a great conversation starter.
The next time you’re looking for a good time in Rehoboth Beach, consider stopping by the Dogfish Head Brewpub for an experience you won’t soon forget. And while you’re at it, walk off those hops on the most gorgeous trail in Delaware that takes you right into town.
