The Entire Menu At Soul Tasty Restaurant In Connecticut Is So Good, You’ll Want To Order One Of Everything

Soul food is not particularly closely associated with Connecticut. After all, we're part of New England, and pretty far from the South, both in cultural and geographic terms. However, that doesn't mean you can't get great soul food in Connecticut. We have a number of wonderful Southern restaurants in Connecticut, and one of our favorites is Soul Tasty Restaurant in Stamford. This tiny little joint has an incredible menu filled with delicious options from top to bottom. Check it out:

The exterior of Soul Tasty is as colorful as the menu. The eye-catching mural on the side of the building lets you know right where you are!

The inside is quite small, but also features lovely painted surfaces that add so much character.

The only bad part about eating here is having to pick a reasonable number of items from the menu!

This veggie rasta pasta looks absolutely delicious.

You'll find several available sandwich options on the menu: picking just one may be a tough call, though.

Shrimp and grits are a classic staple of soul food, and it's no surprise that they're one of the most popular items on the menu here.

You will most definitely need a napkin, because some of these dishes are just as messy as they are delicious!

If you're having too much trouble deciding, opt for a plate. All sizes of plate options come with multiple sides, so you don't have to narrow your choices down quite so much!
