Spring is now in full swing (well, except for that little blizzard last week), and you know what that means!? It’s rooftop dining time! Quench your thirst, grab some grub, soak up that Mile High sunshine, and waste away your nights and days on these fabulous rooftop patios. We don’t get 300+ days of sunshine for nothing!
It may seem a little odd that this hot spot in the Highlands is a former mortuary, but once you drink in a cocktail and an intoxicating sunset on their rooftop, you will most certainly linger. Easily one of the best dining views in Denver, and the fact that they're serving up brunch, lunch, dinner, and happy hour makes it the perfect pit spot no matter the time of day.

Just around the corner is a slightly less flashy but just as lovely and chill rooftop patio. With new menu items, a fabulous happy hour, and free valet, Vita can't be beat! (And, we all know parking in the Highlands is tricky.)
If you're looking for a more upscale rooftop dining experience, you've got to try Solitaire in North Highland. They've got a great wine list and an adventurous food menu with items like Lava Grilled Plantation Quail & Waffles and Charred Sake Braised Spanish Octopus. Yum!
This hidden gem tucked away in Prospect Park has a fabulously broad and eclectic menu, with apps like pork wings and crispy brussel sprouts that are perfect for sharing with friends. And, as the name implies, they've got an extensive whiskey selection that will surely leave you belting, "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot," all the way home.

This hip spot in the Denver Tech Center is serving up tapas style Mexican cuisine with a little sass, pizazz, and a view to match! Grab your buds and head up there for happy hour, some Tres Pigs Nachos, and an unbeatable assortment of tacos!

This joint in SoBo where "the beer never stops flowing," is hands down one of the best happy hours in Denver, with the added bonus of an ideal rooftop for socializing and people watching. (They've got happy hour M-F from 11am-7pm, as well as 10pm-2am on weekdays.) Now that's a good deal!
The 11,000 square foot rooftop patio of this high end sports bar overlooking Coors Field is easily a place where you could waste away an entire day. It's a prime spot for sports watching or pre and post game revelry. They've got about a million TVs, two HD projection screens, and an outdoor fireplace, so run on down to LoDo and join the scene.
