1. Root Down
This former filling-station-turned-grub-hub in the Highlands serves up creative, local, sustainable fare in a hip, casual atmosphere , including a lovely outdoor patio with phenomenal views of Downtown Denver. Root Down is dishing out dinner nightly starting at 5pm and boasts a killer brunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
2. Avanti F&B, a collective eatery
A collective eatery is the perfect spot to grab your friends and grab a bite! There are seven fantastic restaurants to choose from all under one roof and a fabulous patio to boot. Think of it as an elevated food court, where you can munch on pizza, tacos, shawarma, sushi, and more.
