Confession: I am NOT a morning person. Lucky for me, both of my littles are pretty good about sleeping past 7, so I typically don’t have to wake up too early; however, I will occasionally — and voluntarily — wake up before 7, but it has to be for either one of our famous Colorado sunrises or to score breakfast at this incredible restaurant:
Located in the heart of Denver is the mouthwateringly good Denver Biscuit Company, which is described as being "What started as a commissary kitchen for the Biscuit Bus had blossomed into Denver’s Best Breakfast."
Featured on Food Network, CNN, and Unique Eats, the DBC began as an idea for a homemade biscuit food truck...
...but quickly became a Mile High City phenomenon, launching not only their signature bus, but FOUR locations around the Denver Metro area!
