Confession: I am NOT a morning person. Lucky for me, both of my littles are pretty good about sleeping past 7, so I typically don’t have to wake up too early; however, I will occasionally — and voluntarily — wake up before 7, but it has to be for either one of our famous Colorado sunrises or to score breakfast at this incredible restaurant:
