The Winter Wonderland In Arkansas That You Absolutely Have To Visit
What if you could explore a winter wonderland without having to walk out in the cold? You can do exactly that at Christmas Winter Wonderland in Fort Smith. This place certainly lives up to its name: it brings Christmas to life, it takes winter indoors, and it’s a wonderland the whole family can enjoy. There’s a bit of a cover charge, but this place is so worth it. You’ll pay $15 for kids, which includes a ride on the holiday train, free cookies and hot chocolate, a picture with Santa, and story time with Mrs. Claus. The price for adults is only $5.

J.B. Weisenfels has lived in rural Arkansas for three decades. She is a writer, a mom, and a graduate student. She is also an avid collector of tacky fish whatnots, slightly chipped teapots, and other old things. In her spare time she enjoys driving to the nearest creek to sit a while. If you were to visit her, she'd try to feed you cornbread.
