Spring is the season of new beginnings, where nature comes to life after the brutal winter weather. The blooms are vibrant, and our gorgeous gardens are brimming with colorful hues. It’s a welcoming sign of the bountiful time of year! This April, be sure to kick off the new season at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks. The garden will be in full bloom as it hosts the annual Earth Day Festival. Truly, this spring festival in Arkansas will be the most colorful event of the year, and you’ll want to bask in all its beauty.

With 44-acres of tranquil space, this sanctuary features twelve themed gardens as well as a native butterfly house.

Of course, there are thousands of gorgeous blooms scattered throughout the gardens.
They include tulips, roses, ornamental trees, coneflower, hibiscus, and zinnias, just to name a few. Naturally, Spring is the best time of year to witness these vibrant flowers.

As you can tell, the sanctuary is a welcoming place, where families can learn, play, and grow.
In addition to the blooms, the garden hosts various events throughout the year along with weddings and special occasions.

But there’s one family-friendly event that you shouldn’t miss, and that’s the annual Earth Day Festival. It’s the most colorful spring festival in Arkansas, and you’ll absolutely love it.
This one-day festival will be held on April 21 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and it’s free for members to attend. If you’re not a member, tickets will go on sale on March 21, and can be purchased online or at the gate.

You can expect thrilling games, live entertainment, delicious food, booths, arts and crafts, live animals, and so much more.
Pack a picnic, bring your chairs or blankets, and get ready to have lots of springtime fun frolicking among lovely, vibrant blooms.
