The restaurant’s name has ties to the tracks, too. It’s named after Kansas City Southern’s Flying Crow train, which regularly stopped in Texarkana.
Dating back to 1940, the rail car is brimming with vintage charm and loads of history.

For a period of time, it served as a lounge car on the Santa Fe Railroad. While part of the Santa Fe Railroad, the rail car was used to transport movie stars across the U.S., between Los Angeles and Chicago.
Today, you can step inside the historic train car for a peek into the past, along with a great meal.
