Yes, yes, three cheers for green eating. Sometimes, though – you just want a big ol’ steak. If you eat meat, you’re in good company here in the Natural State. These restaurants will pile your plate full of sizzling goodness with all the trimmings, and if you still have room after all that, these eateries are even known to whip you up a delicious dessert!

The oldest standing property in Carroll County, Gaskin's Cabin Steakhouse is located at 2833 Highway 23 North in Eureka Springs.
