Don’t get us wrong, we love when a small business gains success and develops into a franchise. There’s nothing better than knowing you’re doing something right! However, the first location of today’s feature will always be our favorite. Let’s find any excuse possible to visit the hometown of The Flying Burger for a truly scrumptious meal.
The original Flying Burger location opened over a decade ago in 2008 (and upgraded buildings in 2014). The restaurant was no longer a small town secret after they opened a second location in El Dorado. Although the business franchised in 2017, we love eating at the first store in Magnolia. It's located at 1899 E University St., Magnolia, AR 71753.
The beef for the burgers is ground fresh in the morning. Their addicting fries are cut and cooked at the start of the day as well. And, our favorite, all of their catfish is raised in U.S. ponds.

Now the Flying Burger has a spectacular seafood selection that includes snow crab, shrimp, and crawfish. The catfish tacos are their biggest sellers.
