Are you ready for the quirkiest place in northwest Arkansas? Well, look no further than the delightful town of Rogers, where you’ll find the cutest Asian-fusion tea shop. Anime Café came from the imagination of a teenage girl who wanted to combine her love for bubble tea and Japanese anime. So, if you’re a fan of anime, you’ll absolutely love this adorable themed tea room. And if you have no clue what anime or bubble tea is, be prepared to fall in love with them.
Located at 111 South 2nd Street in downtown Rogers is Anime, the cutest tea room in northwest Arkansas.
But this isn’t your average tea room, it’s a fun and friendly café that serves the most delicious bubble tea around. You can also find different flavors of fruit teas and boba sodas on the menu.
And if you don’t know what bubble tea is, it’s a sweet tea-based drink with chewy tapioca pearls that is to die for. It can be made with or without milk and there are lots of flavors to choose from.
Anime uses black or green tea as the base and adds flavoring which makes the tea creamy. And you can order your bubble tea iced, frozen, or hot.

What originated in Taiwan back in the 1980s has become a worldwide phenomenon. And while some people call it bubble tea, it’s also known as pearl milk tea, boba milk tea, or just boba.
Regardless of what you call it, one taste and bubble tea will become your new favorite drink in Arkansas. And of course, the best place to get this delicious treat is from Anime Café.
Along with the bubble teas and drinks, you can also indulge in other Asian-inspired treats. They include mochi ice cream and taiyaki, which is a waffle stuffed with sweet or savory filling.
And on Saturdays, you can expect to find those soft and fluffy steamed buns (bao buns) at the café.
Not only will you get bubble tea and Asian treats from the tea room, but you’ll also find toys, snacks, candies, and specialty merch from your favorite Japanese anime characters.
One visit and you’ll quickly realize that this café is not just your average tea shop, it’s an entire experience. And if you come dressed in cosplay (costume play) of your favorite character, you might receive a special surprise.
The café is open on Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., so grab your costumes or come as you are, to enjoy this whimsical Asian themed tea room.
