Be dazzled by the best Christmas lights in Arizona when you experience these drive-thru shows. The state’s newest lights display you can experience from your car is Holiday Lights at Salt River Fields near Scottsdale, Arizona. It features millions of twinkling lights, all synchronized to music. Another Scottsdale light show is the Christmas at the Princess, where you can ride a train through the light displays. What are the best holiday events in Arizona?

Celebrate the spirit of the season at one of the many holiday events in Arizona. At Lake Havasu City, you can experience an old “English” town all decked out and decorated. It’s right by the London Bridge (of course) and is truly enchanting for people of all ages. Another fun holiday festival is the Wickenburg annual Cowboy Christmas Poetry Gathering, usually near the beginning of December. This holiday event has a western flair and live entertainment beyond just notable cowboy poets.

What are the best Christmas towns in Arizona?

If you really want to get into the holidays, take a day trip to one of the best Christmas towns in Arizona that get all decked out each year. Flagstaff has quite a few fun things to experience during the holidays, including a North Pole Experience and light display. The kids will love it and the parents will enjoy creating fun memories to last a lifetime. We can’t forget Prescott, the officially designated Christmas City of Arizona. There is a Gingerbread Village, live entertainment, craft vendors, and the whole town gets decorated for the season. It’s quite a sight to see in person and worth checking out at least one year.
