Senator Highway Is A Back Road You Didn’t Know Existed But Is Perfect For A Scenic Drive In Arizona
Scenic drives are among the best ways to enjoy outdoor scenery, and Arizona is chock full of ’em. Senator Highway, a half-day route from Prescott to Crown King, offers a little bit of everything: towering trees, mountain views, and remnants of the rich mining history our state is so famous for.
Please note: An off-road vehicle is necessary to drive the entire length of the highway. If you don’t have one, consider a one-day rental (there are plenty of outfitters in the area!)
