Chino Bandido is a little hole in the wall restaurant in north Phoenix and is actually fairly easy to pass by since it sits in a strip mall. You won't want to the next time you're passing through this area though!
When you order, you get an option of creating a combo bowl with items like chile relleno, Chinese BBQ pork, or carnitas. Add some fried rice and refried beans and you have one strange meal that is also tasty.
Chino Bandido is located at 15414 North 19th Avenue in Phoenix. You can find their menu, hours, and even order online by visiting their website, chinobandido.com.
