Every city has its own lists of stereotypes, whether they’re true or not, and Milwaukee is no exception. Everyone likes to talk about controversies in our city, but don’t believe everything you hear; only the locals know the facts about living here. Whether it be good or bad, some things you just can’t deny, even if we have a hard time admitting it. These eight statements about Brew City might be brutally honest, but they couldn’t be more true.
Milwaukee is called "Brew City" for a reason. We’re practically the beer capital of the world. Although beer is amazing and we’re home to the best brews, it can get a little out of hand when you’re drinking every night. Unless you’re drinking Pabst, of course.
The Brewers and the Bucks are always top contenders but never quite make it all the way. We’ll never stop cheering them on, but let’s be honest, we’re in for heartbreak after heartbreak (though we hope not!)
